Thank you for your inquiry.We do not currently offer pickup service in either area for this tour. At this time, the closest pickup location will be the Scenic Airlines Terminal at the McCarren airport. If you are on the South end o fthe strip, you can either have pickup service at the Mandalay Bay or at the airport directly, as they are similar in distance.

Thank you for your inquiry.Flights are occasionally cancelled due to inclement weather, such as, high winds, low clouds, rain, or snow. However, we try to remain up-to-date about weather changes in the area and notify customers as far in advance as possible if their tour is cancelled.
Also, customers who have their tours cancelled due to weather issues will be offered a reschedule for their tour, either later the same day or a different day.
If we are unable to accommodate you because the bad weather persists, we will offer a full refund for your reservation cost.
